Did you get the idea for these from the "Stupid Sock Creatures" book/site (www.stupidcreatures.com)? I've been making sock monsters ever since I saw it! I love your work by the way! My friend who knows of my love of monsters sent me a link to your site and I've had your blog on my blog favorites list ever since. I wish I had a kid so I had an excuse to buy some longies. Or I wish I could knit as well as you. :) Monsters are awesome!
Kira, actually the one with the really tall neck (alouishious) I made with the writer of the book Stupid Sock Creatures! He's a super duper duper cool guy. He lives here and when I saw he was running a workshop at a craft store downtown I haaaaad to go. It was so much fun.
