Godspeed, Cindy.

My aunt in law and dear friend, Cindy Alexander lost her short battle with brain cancer this morning. She passed in peace with her amazing and loving husband, Jamie, by her side. Please send warm and loving thoughts his way as he makes the impossible transition to life without her.

The last time we saw Cindy healthy was at my in laws' lake house in Northern Michigan for the 4th of July 2007. We spent the week soaking up the sun, going to parades, playing cards and-most importantly- yarn shopping. Cindy, my dear, you will be missed, missed, missed.

Oh how awfully sad, sad, sad. I send hugs to all of you and her husband too. It is very hard to learn to live without someone so special in your life, but hopefully in the future her memories will bring smiles and warm thoughts to you all.

I am so so sorry. In your description of her she sounds like such a lovely wonderful person family and friend. I'm so glad that you got to spend time with her last month. Praying peace for your whole family, esp. her dear husband.
