Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a safe and happy time ringing in the new year last night! We had plans to go to a little gathering at some friends' house last night, but immediately after dinner Henry proclaimed himself too tiiiiiiiiiiired and was down for the count by 7:30. While we were sad to miss the festivities, we managed to console ourselves by getting in our pjs, watching copious amounts of West Wing and eating the batch of peppermint bark I had made for the party. We were in bed by 12:04. WooHoo!

While more adventurous types were peeling themselves out of bed late this morning I got to play Candyland, Chutes and Ladders and put together dinosaur puzzles with the little man. And, of course, put together the first custom list of the New Year!
