One of my favorite blogs of all time is called Parent Hacks. Parents submit their tips about a little parenting trick they've learned and then other folks add their experiences with similar things and/or expand on the original idea. It is an amazing resource. I really recommend poking around there for a bit. Parents have the best ideas! Anyway, I was psyched when I woke up to find a hack I submitted on the page this morning!
It is my manicure-tool-as-LEGO-crowbar hack. Too bad I had to write Asha back later and tell her that since I submitted that hack, Henry had broken a bottom tooth during a LEGO separating incident. I guess in order to make the hack work you have to actually get your kid to use it...

and you know i know.
We have one of those, too (or we did, I haven't seen it in a while), but it doesn't work if you are trying to get two thinny thin LEGOs apart.
Aside from having Obi Wan appear and tell him not to, I can't figure out a way to get him to stop using his teeth anyway.
Hey-I have to call you soon. We must discover summer plans. And maybe while we're up there you can get your hands on an Obi Wan costume and protect your nephew's dental health...
